The Gauntlet will allow you to build strength, power and endurance during rounds that will test your stamina. This program is unlike any other program offered on our schedule or anywhere in the area and is currently in the process of expanding to better serve everyone.
During this training program you will receive free assessments, participate in monthly time challenges to monitor your progress and you will be eligible to win 5 FREE Gauntlet Training Workouts during monthly drawings.
This workout focuses on functional exercises that encompass everyday activities done in rounds. If you are looking to take it to the next level and get in the BEST SHAPE of your life, this is the training program you've been waiting for! It WILL deliver's results!
